Kohinoor group is 3 decade old company, started in 1983 , by Mr. Krishnakumar Goyal .
Founded by Mr. Krishnakumar Goyal, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) in 1983, Kohinoor Group has striven to create a significant wave in the real estate sector with landmark property developments, industrial, logistics parks and warehousing. Under the leadership of Mr. Vineet Goyal and Mr. Rajesh Goyal, Joint Managing Directors, the group has developed and delivered over 4 million square feet to over 4500 happy customers and is currently developing over 3 million square feet of residential, retail and commercial spaces. Kohinoor Group is a significant service provider in industrial, logistics parks and warehousing with land aggregation over 21 million square feet and over 4 million square feet of built to lease facilities in Chakan and Ranjangaon area.
